ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 25 июня 2026 г. № 1620-р МОСКВА 1. Создать федеральное государственное казенное образовательное учреждение высшего образования "Северо-Кавказский институт Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации" (далее - казенное учреждение).2. Определить основными целями деятельности казенного учреждения осуществление образовательной деятельности по образовательным программам среднего профессионального и высшего образования, дополнительным профессиональным программам и осуществление научной (научно-исследовательской) деятельности в интересах обеспечения законности и правопорядка.3. МВД России:осуществлять функции и полномочия учредителя казенного учреждения;утвердить в 2-месячный срок устав казенного учреждения и обеспечить государственную регистрацию казенного учреждения;обеспечить осуществление мероприятий по организации функционирования казенного учреждения;обеспечить закрепление в 6-месячный срок за казенным учреждением на праве оперативного управления (предоставить в постоянное (бессрочное) пользование) недвижимого имущества (в том числе земельных участков) с кадастровыми номерами по перечню согласно приложению.4. Финансовое обеспечение расходных обязательств Российской Федерации, связанных с реализацией настоящего распоряжения, осуществить в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных в установленном порядке МВД России в федеральном бюджете.
