Welfare of animals kept in quarantine.
In Schedule 2 to the Animal Health Act 1981 (matters in respect of which importation control orders may be made), after paragraph 4 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—.
Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Animal Health (Amendment) Act 1998.
subsection section-2-2
This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
subsection section-2-3
This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
