This Act extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
Sections 1 to 3 and the Schedule come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations made by statutory instrument appoint; and different days may be appointed for different purposes.
Regulations under subsection (2) may make—
incidental, supplementary or consequential provision, or
transitional provision or savings.
This section comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed.
This Act may be cited as the Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023.
